You will learn how and why it is important to get a good night’s sleep and receive some practical suggestions for getting one. Learn strategies for restful and restorative sleep and why sleep is critical for good health. Additionally, you will hear some interesting ideas to explore and apply from ancient as well as modern day sources. Don’t accept sleeplessness, there are things you can do. Workshops are available for individuals or groups of all sizes. The workshops can be tailored to your needs and vary in length.
