 ARCB Board Certified Reflexologist

 Individual Session: $65 / 60 minutes

Reflexology Session:

The practitioner will conduct a brief health history, and will explain how reflexology works and what to expect in the session. The reflexologist also informs you that reflexology does not treat specific illnesses and is not a substitute for medical treatment. It is okay, and even expected, for you to ask questions. You should feel comfortable communicating with the reflexologist.

The practitioner may choose to work only on the feet, or the hands, or the ears, depending on your specific health issues. Some problems respond better to the reinforcement of work on all three—hands, ears, and feet. Essential oils will be used throughout your service. This is a deeply relaxing service.

Reflexology Massage

Reflexology is a science based on the theory that there are reflex points on the feet, hands, and head linked to every part of the body. There are 7200 nerve endings on each foot alone!

Reflexology is a unique method of using the thumb and fingers on these reflex points. It  is used to relieve tension and interrupts the stress response of the body.  The recipient remains fully clothed and may recline on a table or be seated in a chair during the treatment.
